HackTrix.com has release PlusOne, a WordPress theme that looks exactly like Google+ interface. And the best is he releasing PlusOne WordPress theme for free.
I'm not tested this theme yet. But from the demo site it has a very clean and elegant interface with only use 3 main colors in its design but looks great, just like Google+.
